Education Qualification:
* Fire Supervisor Officer: 12th pass, Course Senior Fire Supervisor. Must be conversant with the use and maintenance of all types of extinguishers hose fittings & fire appliances pumps, foam, fire etc. Experience of instructional duties in a Fire Service Organisation.
* Fire Engine Driver: 10th pass, 03 years experience of driving heavy vehicles. Must be physically fit and capable of performing strenuous duties passed the physically fitness test. Experience of having worked in a regular civil Defense Fire Brigade as Firemen, should have passed the general Fire Fighting Course.
* Firemen: 10th pass, Experience of having worked in a regular civil Defense Fire Brigade as Firemen, should have passed the general Fire Fighting Course.
Age limit:
* UR: 18 to 25 years.
* OBC: 03 years.
* SC, ST: 05 years.
* PH UR: 10 years.
* SC, ST: 15 years.
* OBC: 13 years.
Pay scale:
* Fire Supervisor Officer: Rs. 29,200/-
* Fire Engine Driver: Rs. 21,700/-
* Firemen: Rs. 19,900/-
