Age Limit:
** Applicants age limit should be 18 to 30 years for S.No-1, 18 to 25 years for S.No-2, 18 to 30 years for S.No-3, 21 to 35 years for S.No-4, not exceeding 30 years for S.No-5 Posts.
** Age relaxation is admissible as per rules.
Educational Qualification:
** Applicants should have 2 years Auxiliary Nurse Midwife Course under vocational stream of 10+2, possessing the certificate from the Central Board of Secondary Education for S.No-1, 12th class pass with science Sujects or equivalent from a recognised Board or University for S.No-2, 12th pass or equivalent from a recognised Board or University for S.No-3, 10+2 or its equivalent, Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery from a recognised institution for S.No-4, Matriculation or equivalent for S.No-5 Posts with adequate experience.
Application Fee:
** Applicants required to pay Rs.100/- for UR/ OBC candidates in the form of Demand draft for in favour of “Pay & Accounts Officer, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Chennai”. No fees for SC/ ST/ Physically Challenged candidates.

** All eligible applicants can apply online through the website http://cghschennai.tn.nic.in from 01-09-2017 to 05-10-2017 at 05.45 PM & send Hard copies of the self attested documents as mentioned against each post (by clicking the name of the post shown on the right side of the screen) and the Demand Draft by post to Office of the Additional Director, Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS), E-2-C, Rajaji Bhavan, Besant Nagar, Chennai – 600090 on or before 13-10-2017 up to 05:00 PM.

1. Candidates log on the http://cghschennai.tn.nic.in
2. Go to Recruitment of Group C Posts & Click on “Apply Online”.
3. Select the desired post & Read the Notification.
4. Click on Online link & Fill all the details in the application form.
5. After filling the data Submit the Form.
6. Take a print out of online application for future use.
