» Applicants age limit should be below 45 years for Additional General Manager (Marketing), below 40 years for DGM except 44 years for post DGM (Company Secretary), 34 years for post DGM (Systems). Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
Educational Qualification:
» Applicants should have Masters degree in Science/ Commerce or Degree in Engineering/ MBA any other relevant discipline for Additional General Manager (Marketing), Masters/ MBA Degree in HRM/ IR/ Personnel Management for DGM (Personnel and Administration), Degree in Engineering in Electronics/ IT/ Comp. Application or Masters degree in IT/Computer Science/ Computer Applications for post DGM (Systems), Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India for post DGM (Company Secretary), Degree in Law for post Manager (Law), Masters Degree in Hindi or English with English or Hindi respectively as subject or as a medium of examination at degree level or Masters Degree in any subject with English or Hindi medium and Hindi or English respectively as compulsory or elective subject or as a medium of examination at degree level for post Deputy Manager (Hindi) with relevant experience.
