Age Limit:
* Age Limit applying for the post of specialist Medical Officer should not exceed 40 years
* Applicant should not exceed the age of 30 years for the post of Medical Officers (Assistant Commandant)
* Age to applying for the post of Dental Surgeon (Assistant Commandant) 35 years, for all the posts as on last date of receipt of application. Age relaxation is applicable to 05 years for SC/ ST candidates, 03 years for OBC candidates. For more details refer the notification.
Educational Qualification:
* Applicants should have a recognized medical qualification of allopathic system of medicines included in the first or second schedule or Part–II of the third schedule (other than licentiate qualification) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part–II of the third schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in Sub Section (3) of Section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 and The applicant must have permanent registration from any State Medical Council/ MCI before appointment in any of the CAPFs with compulsory rotating internship and Post Graduation Degree/ Diploma in the concerned specialty mentioned in Section ‘A’ or in Section ‘B’ in Schedule-I or equivalent to apply for the post of Specialist Medical Officers (Deputy Commandant).
