Age Limit:
* 18 years and not more than 43 years as on 01-01-2016.
* Upper age relaxation is applicable for SC, ST (P), ST (H) and PH candidates as per the Govt. of Assam.
Educational Qualification:
* For the Post of Assistant Teacher: Graduation Degree from the UGC recognized University and UP TET with Diploma in Elementary Education or B.Ed/ D.Ed. (Special Education) or B.Ed (Special Education).
* For the Post of Science Teacher: B.Sc Degree from the UGC recognized University and UP TET qualified in Science and Mathematics stream & Diploma in Elementary Education or B.Ed/ D.Ed. (Special Education) or B.Ed (Special Education)
* For the Post of Hindi Teacher: Graduation Degree from the UGC recognized University having Hindi as one of the subjects and UP TET & Diploma in Elementary Education or B.Ed/ D.Ed. (Special Education) or B.Ed (Special Education)
* For the Post of Arabic Teacher: Graduation Degree from the UGC recognized University having Arabic as one of the subjects and UP TET & Diploma in Elementary Education or B.Ed/ D.Ed. (Special Education) or B.Ed (Special Education).

* Rs. 150/- for SC, ST(P), ST(H) candidates
