State level:
* Post graduate degree in Management, ECO, AGRI, Social Work, MBA, etc. 09 years experience in Rural Development in the areas of Project Appraisal, Monitoring & Evaluation, Training and Capacity Building HR & Finance Accountants, 5 years experience at higher level. Above all posts.
District Level:
* 07 years of experience of State district level functioning in rural development banking
* 05 years experience Functional Manager of State district level functioning in rural development banking.
Block Level:
* 03 years experience of Block Programmer Manager in the rural development banking, training, project management.
State, District, Block Level:
* Young professional: 01 years of relevant field.
Job location: Haryana, Panchkula
Age limit: 35 years to 55 years
Pay scale:
* Project Director & Chief Operating Officer: Rs. 90,000/-
* State Programmer Manager & Other state Level Posts: Rs. 76,500/-
* District Programmer Managers: Rs. 55,500/-
* District Functional Managers & Financial Inclusion : Rs. 45,500/-
* Block Program me Mangers: Rs. 34,500/-
* Young Professionals: Rs. 29,500/-
