Age Limit for NIPHM Recruitment 2018 : For Post Plant Health Management,Pesticide Management & Plant Biosecurity applicants maximum age limit should be 35 years for Men 40 years for Women.
» For Post Pesticide Management applicants maximum age limit should be 30 years for men, 35 years for Women.
Educational Qualification: Applicants should have Master’s degree in relevant subject/ Post Graduate Degree in Basic Sciences with relevant subject, Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree should have NET qualification for Post Plant Health Management, Pesticide Management & Plant Bio security, Post Graduate in Basic sciences/ Graduate degree in Agricultural sciences/ Horticultural sciences/ PGDPHM of NIPHM/ B.Tech in relevant subjects for Post Pesticide Management.
Selection Process: Applicants will be selected based on performance in interview.

Age Limit:
Applicants maximum age should be upto 55 years for Joint Director (Plant Health Engineering), Joint Director (Plant Protection), Joint Director (Chemistry), 45 years for Deputy Director (Plant Pathology), Deputy Director (Chemistry), 35 years for Asst Scientific Officer (R & NMA), 40 years for Office Superintendent (Admin.), Office Superintendent (Stores), between 18-27 years for Lab Attendant as on closing date for receipt of the applications. Age Relaxation is applicable for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PHE/ Ex-servicemen as per Government of India guidelines/ orders.
Educational Qualification:
Applicants should have First Class M.Tech./ M.E in Agricultural Engineering with specialization in Farm Machinery and Power/ Soil and Water Conservation for post (A), Ph.D in the relevant subject, Master’s Degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture with specialization in Plant Pathology/ Entomology/ Nematology (or) Master’s Degree in Botany with specialization in Plant Pathology (or) Master’s degree in Zoology with specialization in Entomology/ Nematology for post (B), Ph.D, Master’s Degree in Chemistry/ Organic Chemistry/ Analytical Chemistry with experience in the areas of pesticide formulation/ pesticide residues analysis (or) Master degree in Agriculture with experience in the areas of pesticide formulation/ pesticide residues analysis for post (C), (E), Ph.D, Master’s Degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture with specialization in Plant Pathology (or) Master’s Degree in Botany with specialization in Plant Pathology for post (D) with relevant experience.
