* Project Scientist Middle level: Master degree in Physical Sciences or Bachelor Degree in Engineering Technology Ph.D in related subject, experience in managing and directing R & D projects.
* Project Junior Scientist: Master degree in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science or Bachelor Degree in Metallurgical, Materials, mechanical. etc. 03 years experience in the relevant areas.
* Project Technical Assistant: Bachelors degree in Physical Sciences or 03 years Diploma in Chemical, Mechanical etc. 02 years Technical experience in industry R & D laboratories, working areas of fuel cell super capacitor, solar energy, magnetic.

Age limit:
* Project Scientist Senior level: 45 years.
* Project Scientist Middle level: Not exceeding 40 years.
* Project Junior Scientist: 28 years.
* Project Technical Assistant: 30 years.
