ii) Stenographer Grade-3: 546 posts
iii) Assistant Grade-3: 2224 posts
iv) English Stenographer: 01 post
v) Computer Operator: 03 posts
vi) Steno Typist: 04 posts
v) Lift man: 04 posts
Age Limit:
For Lifts man Posts: Age should be between 18 – 35 years for General (Male), 40 years for Male Reserved category ( SC/ ST/ OBC), 45 years for General (Female), 50 years for Female Reserved category (SC/ ST/ OBC), Female General category Widow, Divorced, Abandoned, 55 years for Female Reserved category (SC/ ST/ OBC) Widow, Divorced, Abandoned candidates as on 01-01-2018.
* Applicant age should be between 18 – 40 years for Male (Unreserved category), 45 years for Other categories & All categories of Female candidates as on 01-01-2017 for other posts.
Educational Qualification:
For the post of Stenographer Grade 2: Higher Secondary/ Higher Secondary under 10+2 pattern & Knowledge of Typing with Hindi Stenography speed of 100 wpm.
For the post of Stenographer Grade-3: Higher Secondary/ Higher Secondary under 10+2 pattern & Knowledge of Typing with Hindi Stenography speed of 80 wpm.
For the post of Assistant Grade-3: Higher Secondary/ Higher Secondary under 10+2 pattern with Knowledge of Typing with English Stenography speed of 80 wpm/ Diploma in Computer Application (DCA)
For the post of English Stenographer: Degree with Knowledge of Typing with English Stenography speed of 80 wpm.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Preliminary Exam, Main Exam.
Examination & Portal Fee:
For the post of Assistant Grade-3 (English)applicants should have to pay Rs. 200/- for Reserved/ PWD candidates of Madhya Pradesh, Rs. 100/- for Reserved & Out of Madhya Pradesh State candidates.
For remaning other posts applicants should have to pay Rs. 800/- for Reserved/ PWD candidates of Madhya Pradesh, Rs. 900/- for Reserved & Out of Madhya Pradesh State candidates. Applicants are informed that they have to pay Rs. 50/- for Corrections in Application.
