Education Qualification:
* Agricultural Marketing Officer: Master degree in Eco or Statistics, commerce or Agricultural. One year experience in Agricultural Marketing or Statistical Surveys. knowledge of Bengali, Nepali spoken & write. Degree in Law.
* Assistant Manager Under the Directorate of Cinchona: degree in Agricultural with Botany as one of the subjects.
* Publication Assistant: Master degree in Mass Communication or Public Relations with at lest 50% marks.Basic Computer knowledge with skills preferably in Corel Draw, Photoshop, Adobe Flash.
* Research Assistant: Master degree in Social Sciences with 50%

Age limit:
* Agricultural Marketing Officer: Not more than 32 years.
* Assistant Manager Under the Directorate of Cinchona: 25 years to 32 years.
* Publication Assistant: Not more than 37 years.
* Research Assistant: Not more than 37 years.
Pay scale:
* Agricultural Marketing Officer, Assistant Manager : Rs. 9000/- 40500/- + GP Rs. 4600/-
* Publication Assistant: Rs. 7100/- 37600/- + GP Rs. 3900/-
* Research Assistant: Rs. 7100/- 37600/- + GP Rs. 3900/-
