Education Qualification:
* Junior Clerk Copyist, Junior Typist & Stenographer: 12th pass, Diploma in computer Application. Good character, good sound health, Typist shall be 40 words per minute in Type writing in English.
* Salaried Amin: 10th pass, Training Revenue Inspector.Good character, Must be able to speak, read and write Oriya and have passed a test in Oriya to the M.E. standards.

Age limit: The candidate should be age between 18 to 32 years.
Pay scale:
* Junior Clerk Copyist, Junior Typist: Rs. 5200/- 20200/- + GP Rs. 1900/-
* Stenographer: Rs. 5200/- 20200/- + GP Rs. 2400/-
